Pricing
On custom builds, our allowance program sets clear budgets across plumbing, electrical, countertops, cabinetry, and appliances. Savings in one category can offset overages in another, and unused funds credit back to you at completion. Change orders are cost-plus, discussed thoroughly, and agreed upon before any work takes place.
After Move-In
Upon completion, we provide a detailed orientation and a thorough walkthrough. We then follow up periodically throughout the first year of occupancy to ensure that everything is functioning properly.
Our Process
Every Marquis project in Boerne follows the same six stages.
We start with a thorough pre-construction meeting to discuss design features, finish-out ideas, and what the process will look like.
We consider this the most important step. The cost proposal accounts for lot conditions, utility costs, design features, and finish allowances.
Build times average nine to twelve months from lot clear to move-in. Throughout construction, we provide weekly updates and periodic site meetings.
Upon completion, we provide a detailed orientation and a thorough walkthrough to inspect the finishing touches with you.
We follow up periodically throughout the first year of occupancy to ensure that everything is functioning properly.
With the walkthrough done and the follow-ups in place, the home you set out to build is finally yours to settle into and enjoy.
