Remodeling
Our remodeling division was created as a request from previous client referrals. Its in-house, turnkey approach makes for a different level of service when we work together with you in your home. The thinking behind it came from the feedback of friends, family, and their neighbors on experiences they had been through while remodeling.
Our vision is simple, to provide a clean, efficient, and enjoyable experience. Because we only take on so many clients per year, that approach stays obtainable.
The Difference
You have an onsite manager who not only provides construction services, but oversees the project as well. That gives you a trustworthy person you feel comfortable with, so you can leave your home and its belongings unattended when you need to.
Any outside contractors who are required have limited access to the property and are supervised, so the work stays controlled and accountable from start to finish.
On large projects we put a strategic plan in place to minimize the inconvenience to you. A specific project timeline and an open line of communication help us adjust around the way you live.
Once a project is underway, it is our main focus and priority. We provide a time frame up front for completion and strive to beat it. Our philosophy is to start and complete one client's project before heading to the next, so projects don't run on and never seem to get finished.
Jobsite organization and cleanliness play a major role in a successful remodel. Because of the onsite management we provide, you can expect your home to stay tidy on a daily basis while the transformation takes place.
When the work is done and the jobsite is cleaned up, your home is yours again, refreshed and finished the way you planned for it.
